[KS] Library of Congress?

Dear members,

I would like to ask for somebody's help or advice. Recently I learned that
the Library of Congress has microfilm files of North Korean periodicals. I
even found their information leaflet which somehow reached my mailbox.
Among the periodicals listed there are 10 microfilm rolls of _Ku:lloja_
(1955-1975), something I need much. However, all my attempts to contact
them were unsuccessful, all my e-mails and faxes remained unanswered. Does
anybody know how I can contact the Library and purchase the materials?
