Dear Colleagues,

The January meeting of the Chousen kindai chiikishika kenkyukai will be
held Monday, January 31, from 4:00 pm at the Bunka Arirang Center.  Kamiya
Niji will offer this month's presentation, in Japanese.  This paper is
entitled "The Connection between Japanese Fishermen and Japanese
Prostitution Businesspersons at the Beginning of the Twentieth Century in
Choson."
