The British Association for Korean Studies
invites any interested person to attend its 2006 Biennial Conference to be held
at Halifax Hall of The University of Sheffield from Wednesday 6 to Thursday 7
September, 2006. The theme of the conference is 'Generations in Korea: Past,
Present and Future'. A key speaker at the conference will be the British
author Margaret Drabble and one of the sessions will be devoted to a discussion
of the book 'The Red Queen'.
Anyone interested in attending should contact the Conference Organiser Prof.
James H. Grayson at j.h.grayson at sheffield.ac.uk to receive an application form
for attending the conference.
