Dear Richard:

I just remembered that one of the early scholars in the U.S. of Korean 
Literature Suh Dae Soo was the first person at UW in Seattle.  He might have 
started a society and started putting some things out.  Anyone know where 
his family is now?  I believe Professor Suh has passed away, but there is a 
chance his papers are somewhere.  If memory stands well he retired to South 
Carolina?  \Mike R
