please don't misunderstand this (entirely) as shameless self-promotion; rather, I would like to bring to your attention a long-term project that I believe is worth noticing and ask for your possible cooperation. 

The next (Vol. II) issue of the Korea Yearbook "Korea: Politics, Economy and Society" will be published by Brill in September or October 2008; a flyer is attached. Please also refer to the publisher's website http://www.brill.nl/default.aspx?partid=210&pid=29220 (in dire need of some updating). 

Please also note that the CFP for Vol. III will be issued soon; should you plan to contribute an article to the refereed section and need more information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
