[KS] FRANK_Leading sociologists in SKorea

Dear all,
a colleague asked me about the leading sociologists in SKorea, especially those with publications on sociological theory (and ability to communicate in English). A few names came to my mind, but since this is not exactly my field, I thought I'd rather solicit some opinions from more profound experts. I understand that this is a rather subjective question, so please feel free to respond to me directly (see below).
