Dear Colleagues,

The November meeting of the Chousenshi Kenkyuukai will be held Saturday,
November 21, at Senshuu University. This month's speakers, who will present

Kimura Taku. "The Rivalry between Sadae and Kyorin in the Early Choson
Period: Toward an Understanding of 'Private Interaction'"

Book Review:
Kasuya Kenichi. "Chousen kaikai shisou to nashonarizumu: Kindai Chousen no
keisei," by Tsukiashi Tatsuhiko (Toukyou daigaku shuppankai, 2009).

The meeting will begin at 1:30 pm in Building 2, Room 206 at Senshu
University. Senshu University is located near Jinbochou, Kudanshita, and
