[KS] CHART needed: North Korean transcription system

Hello All:

Can anyone provide a chart for the 2002 revised version of the 
official NORTH Korean transcription/transliteration system? Either a 
Web link, a scan, or a FAX (contact me, I'll give you my FAX number 
then).

I saw two comparative charts on the Internet, but both were certainly 
not correct (as was already clear by seeing accents there).
