[KS] CHART needed: North Korean transcription system

Short update:

Just found that the 2002 DPRK system has been published as a United 
Nations publication. Unlike many other texts it seems this cannot be 
downloaded at the UN website. Does anyone have a copy of this 
publications he or she could scan?
