“Beyond Armistice – Korea-Australia relations for peace and security”

At this important moment in Northeast Asia strategic developments, Nautilus Institute and Center for Australian Studies at Yonsei University invite you to a public forum titled “Beyond Armistice – Korea-Australia relations for peace and security”.

The meeting, which is supported by the Australia-Korea Foundation will feature leading Korean and Australian and United States researchers, business leaders and NGO activists addressing a range of strategic concerns shared by the two countries and which tie them together more than many people realize. 

Topics include:
Korea beyond the armistice 
Six decades of security and business ties
Is nuclear extended deterrence necessary or effective? 
A Korea-Japan nuclear weapon free zone
The Australia-Korea nuclear energy connection
Korea and Australia in alliance wars
