First, I apologize for the two lines of garbage in my last post, above 
the "Chung Kei-won:" paragraph.
Tried to variations of re-translating what the "아세아정보부장" would 
have been.

Then, I suppose the correct title would be Chief Intelligence Advisor, 
Asia Section, Office of Strategic Services (OSS).
OSS is clear. But that other "section" seems never have existed. See 
here:

So I am not too sure what that was?
