<P><FONT SIZE=2>The Hapdong News Agency's Korea Annual published the Yusin/Yushin constitution (1972-80) in its entirety, in English, during every year it was in effect (I believe). In the copy I happen to have in front of me, 1976, it covers 19 of the book's Reader's Digest-size pages. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2>If you are near a Korean consulate or cultural center, they SHOULD have a shelf of Korea Annuals going back to the 1960s. Good Asian studies libraries might have it as well.</FONT></P>
