The topic for this forum is "Redrafting<BR>

Democratization through Women's Representation and<BR>

Participation in the Republic of Korea." The speaker<BR>

is Seungsook Moon and she holds a Ph.D. in Sociology<BR>

from Brandeis University and is Assistant Professor of<BR>

Sociology at Vassar College. Before she joined<BR>

Vassar College in 1995, she taught in Social Studies,<BR>

an undergraduate interdisciplinary honors program, at<BR>

Harvard University from 1993 to 1995. She received<BR>

her B.A. in Sociology at Yonsei University. <BR>

<BR>

The presentation and the forum will be followed by<BR>

dinner, courtesy of Yonsei University, at a restaurant<BR>

(TBD) just outside the gates of Yonsei University. We<BR>
