The University of Iowa is continuing the search for a senior, tenured

appointment in Korean Studies. Applicants must have a distinguished

record of scholarship and teaching in a social science discipline

(anthropology, economics, geography, history, political science, or

sociology) or in a social science-related interdisciplinary area. The

appointment will be in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences with the

possibility of a joint appointment in a professional college, if

appropriate. The successful candidate will be someone for whom Korea is

the main focus of his/her academic research and teaching.<br><br>
