<div>The exact book you need was published by UH Press quite a few years ago with a name something like "Handbook for Vocabulary Acquisition". Unfortunately, I am on the road and do not have access to the exact name of the book or the authors. It teaches through teaching the Chinese roots (or in the end of the book, the more fluid in meaning Korean roots) of words. It's basically just a list of words related to each other by one syllable, with explanation of the meaning of the other syllable(s) in the word as well.

<div>It reads something like: </div>
<div>¹° - Water</div>
<div>´«¹° - Eye + Water = Tears</div>

<div>The book is almost always available at Kyobo, the second edition has a very pastel cover, not at all flashy- pastel pink and blue and white I believe. It is co-authored. <br><br> </div>
