The University of Notre Dame's Center for Asian Studies (CAS) and Center
for the Study of Languages and Cultures (CSLC) invite applications for a
project coordinator at the post-doctorate level who works in a discipline
emphasizing Chinese, Japanese, and/or Korean area studies from a humanities
or educational perspective to fill the 2-year grant-funded position of East
co-directors, faculty steering committee, and participating units during
the project's implementation. A successful candidate would bring
Asia-specific knowledge to new CSLC programming and assessment initiatives
and help establish an integrated curriculum that will endure beyond the
grant period.

The EAS project coordinator will work with CAS and the CSLC, the Department

This position has the potential to make a significant impact on the growing
Asian Studies programs at the University. If you are interested in learning
more about this position, please contact Dr. Lance R. Askildson (CSLC
