<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;">For starters you might check out <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goguryeo-Sui_Wars">Wikipedia</a> and, if you read Korean, this <a href="http://ko.wikipedia.org/wiki/%EA%B3%A0%EA%B5%AC%EB%A0%A4-%EC%88%98_%EC%A0%84%EC%9F%81">Korean Wikipedia</a> entry. For a Chinese view, if you read Chinese, the <a href="http://zh.wikipedia.org/zh/%E9%AB%98%E5%8F%A5%E4%B8%BD%E4%B8%8E%E9%9A%8B%E7%9A%84%E6%88%98%E4%BA%89">Chinese Wikipedia</a> may serve. You may have better luck finding information on this looking for the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Salsu">Battle of the Sals</a>u River. Also look for <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eulji_Mundeok">Eulji Mundeok</a>.
