well, I guess similar messages are already being written, but just in case: the late Mikhail Pak was THE authority on the Samguk sidae. This is definitely not my field, but I remember having read his annotated translation of the samguk sagi 20 years ago. There must be much more. Hasn't this already been translated into English, too?<br>
Having said that, there is a number of pretty good East Asia related academic journals in Russia with a long history, such as Problemy Dal'nevo Vostoka. They don't find their way into all of our libraries, although I believe they certainly should. A good overview of newer research can be found in the Vestnik Rossijskovo Koreevedeniya, published in Moscow by the Russian Association for Korean Studies in Universities. <br>
I am sure others on this list can tell you more.<br>
