I am looking for a document in korean or english about the resettlement of NK refugees in Seoul. I am writing my thesis about the policy of SK government from 1997 till 2009 and I need as many information as i can get. I already have a lot of reports from NGOs but i need a government document describing Hanawon and the whole policy plus any changes that have been done till now.<br>
