I am sorry if this is a redundant post, but I learned at the AAS that Sonya Lee, the Library of Congress Korean section head, has made the  North Korean Serial Indexing Project available to the public.<br>

I have not had much time to look around it, but what I have read so far looks very interesting, although I am not involved in North Korea studies at all.<br>
