<p class="MsoNormal"><u>The Tools of the Trade: The Way Forward</u> will take place from Tuesday, March 14, through Thursday, March 16, 2023, prior to the Association for Asian Studies meeting in Boston. The goal of the conference is to
<span style="color:#222222">reflect on the history of research tools across East Asia, to take note of what the advent of digital technologies now makes possible, and to discuss strategies for the future. The conference will feature leaders of libraries, research
centers, and projects in East Asia, North America, and Europe; introductions to exemplary digital projects, platforms, and tools; and workshops on digital methodologies. Registration will be available in the fall of 2022. Send suggestions, presentation ideas,
