<div dir="ltr"><div>Dear All,<br><br>I would like to introduce Chocassye (<a href="https://find.xn--gt1b.xyz/search">find.\ub42c.xyz</a>), a freely accessible online database of historical Korean-language texts currently comprising around 1,000 works in Middle Korean, Early Modern Korean, and early interpretative gugyeol (kwukyel), made possible thanks to decades of digitization work by many researchers.<br><br>The DB supports rapid full-text search across this corpus. Queries can be entered in Old Hangul, romanization, or a combination of both, fully supporting obsolete letters such as \u317f, \u3181, \u3186, \u3178, and \u318d. For more targeted research, the interface also supports wildcard characters and regular expressions.<br><br>Results are displayed alongside a timeline histogram spanning 1400 to 1950, which gives an at-a-glance picture of a form&#39;s distribution across time. You can also access the full digitized texts directly from the search results, and scanned images are also available for some texts.<br><br>Chocassye is available at:<br><a href="https://find.xn--gt1b.xyz/search">https://find.xn--gt1b.xyz/search</a><br><br>If you know of colleagues, students, or collaborators who work with pre-modern Korean materials -- whether in linguistics, history, literature, or related fields -- I would be grateful if you could pass this along to them as well.<br><br>Best regards,<br>Geon Park</div></div>
