It's good that you asked for help. Because if you try to clean this device on your own without knowing its specifics, you could break it and spend money on expensive repairs. Or in the worst case, you'll have to buy a new one. It seems to me that the glacier bay water dispenser manual had a diagram with instructions on how to clean it properly. Be careful and do as written.
