In my opinion, now a lot of people work remotely, because all that is needed for this is access to the network, and then, of course, everything depends on the area of specialization. I can tell everyone that this unique remote hub link has a huge database of vacancies for remote work from the most trusted companies, so if anyone is interested, then you can see for yourself and also post your vacancy or portfolio for free.

Remote work is such an organization of work in which employees work at home, but at the same time they are on the staff of the company with which they have an employment contract.

Depending on the agreements between the employee and the company, he is provided with the technical capabilities for remote work. For example, he can connect from his computer to the company's common server and get access to all documents and materials. Communication at a distance is provided through Skype, Zoom or other similar services, while you can contact both individual colleagues and a group in conference mode. So, for example, you can hold workshops.

If an employee requires special programs or equipment to work from home, they are installed by him or the company, depending on the rules adopted in it. The main thing is that the employee has a computer and access to the Internet.

When working remotely under an employment contract, the company, as a rule, imposes certain requirements on the employee, which relate to the timing and duration of work. For example, he may be required to be present at the computer during the work of the company, say, from 9.00 to 18.00. However, by agreement with the employer, the employee can work at other times, for example, in the morning and evening, or perform only the specified amount of work.
