PDF editing and conversion tool

Hi !

Just wanted to share the following info about an interesting PDF related tool. Sorry if this reads like an advertisement text -- just happens that I like the software. So, this is not Korea related, is just a program that seems useful (to me anyway), and I have not seen any other one that does the same.
There are quite a number of tools available to convert PDF files to MS Word, but many do not work that well when it comes to the result, of how the MS Word file is formatted (if compared to the original PDF). There are also a few tools out there that allow you to edit and annotate PDF documents. I tried some of these a year ago and were not very happy with what was possible as regards to editing the text of PDF files though. Therefore this posting ... found this earlier this month, and find it works great for me, both in converting PDF files into MS Word files and in editing text and images (e.g. adding images) in PDF files (as long as those are based on text files and not scanned text (= images of text). The company that makes this is "wondershare.com" -- you find the tool on their website under the "PDF" tab.

I only used the *Mac* version: "PDF Editor Pro for Mac" -- that includes all the other PDF related tools the company offers and lists. The Mac version is commercial. But there also is a brand new *Windows* 'beta' version of the same program, also a commercial program, but because it is still in beta mode it is free for now: "PDF Editor Beta."

A new version of Adobe Acrobat has been released this month, Adobe Acrobat XI Pro (http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobatpro.html). That is now a 'monster' application like MS Word, about 1 GB is size. But it opens fast and it performs fast, and is now far better than above mentioned tools in editing and converting PDF documents. Editing a PDF file is now almost like editing a document in a word processor, almost ... The application is quite expensive, but there is no other application that works with the PDF format and has that many advanced features than Adobe's professional editor. Even OCR works faster than before.
