Patricia Tsurumi once came to visit with us at Kansai Gaidai in
Hirakata-shi, Japan.  She was invited there by Dr. Hamano (an American
woman teaching law, who knew her well). I do not know if Dr. Hamano is
still at Kansai Gaidai, but it would be worth a call. (Tel.
