There is a translation of one section of Pak Jiwon's Peking Diary
in Peter Lee, ed. Sourcebook of Korean Civilization, vol 2, pp.121-125
I don't know of any other English translations out there.

Where is the translation by Feifel to be found? I would like to
look at it.
