Not specifically, but in Asiaweek's City Rankings issue (Dec 1998) they list 
the per capita GNP of Seoul as approx. US$22000 and Pusan approx. US$14500, 
if memory serves me.  Starting with this information, you may be able to 
make some deductions.

I would appreciate if you would share the information you gather with me as 
I am writing my thesis on the implications of globalization for Seoul.
