There is an interesting up-to-date website on Parhae.
It is http://www.kyungsung.ac.kr/~palhae developed by Prof. Kyu-ch'ol
Han (He writes as Han Giu-cheol) at Kyungsung University. 
It is in Korean but it shows sites and images too, outside of Korea.
