  I just wanted to make one thing clear.  JGomez4905 at aol.com used the
term konsuni for Yokong.  The term kongsuni is a derogatory word. If you
call a Yokong kongsuni in her face, she would be upset or embarrassed.
Yokong is a far more trouble free term.
  You may use the term properly in a certain context but need to be
careful(In the past decades, it was true that most of the Korean public
thought of female workers kongsuni rather than human). I know these days
there are a lot of Korean specialists who know nuances of Korean culture
better than native Korean scholars but I hope that still my comment
worth mentioning.
