I announce my upcoming talks on Tosan An Ch'angho.  If you are in the =
area, I extend my warm invitation.

On May 17 noon, Harold Koh, assistant secretary of the US state =
department for human rights, will deliver the keynote speech of the =
heritage month at the Library of Congress. About a dozen activities are =
planned for the month, including films, a visit by a Korean-American =
beauty queen and Asian dance troupes.  When details are finalized, I =
will post the schedule of the events.
