It will certainly be (in an English version) in _North Korea 
Quarterly_ that was published by M.Y. Cho at the Institute of Asian 
Affairs (Asieninstitut) in Hamburg. I don't have this in the U.S., so 
I don't know which volume, but it must be in there.
