Dear List:

Today the World Congress on Environmental Design has sent a one-megabyte
message to the list, thereby causing considerable difficulty worldwide
with subscribers' mailboxes.  I have written a strong letter to the
World Congress indicating that this will not be tolerated.  This has, of
course, caused me considerable difficulty because many error messages
come back to me with the one-megabyte message included, so that my last
download by fast modem (having to pay by the minute for phone time in
the UK) was about 17 minutes long.

As a reminder:  please do not send long attachments with your messages
to the Korean Studies list!  Web link addresses are a much better idea.
