Personally, I've had it twice.  My first time, back in '84, I didn't even
know I had until after the fact (it was at an elderly man's birthday party).
It was quite tasty, dipped in bean paste/sesame oil.  The second time was at
a faculty picnic about ten years ago; that time we had boshintang-- the
owner put a steaming leg bone in front of my place to show me what it was I
was eating.  It was o.k.  It's nothing I would ever go out of my way for,
but I also would never criticize someone else for their choice of meat.
