Mun Myung Ja was a free lance journalist active in WDC in the 1970s and 80s
(perhaps still) who had an office in the National Press Building. She is a
hard-driving, highly-opinionated (some might say self-important)
investigative reporter who dug out much of the early information on Park
Dong Sun and the Koreagate scandal. She was an important source for the
Fraser Committee (eg she led us to Kim Hyung-wook, former head of the KCIA
then of Alpine NJ), though one that had to be relied on with card. I hear
she has recently published a memoir in Korea.
