Regarding the following question, I do not know how many non-Japanese/Korean
professors there were at Keijo Imperial.  However, there is an interesting
account
written by a H. B. Drake called _Korea of the Japanese_ written in 1930.
Drake taught
at Keijo Imp. U. around that time and the book talks a bit of some of his
experiences.
