[KS] journalist Mun Myong Ja - language/linguistics

I'm a journalist specialising Asia, esp China and North Korea and recently
saw the story below on the N. Korean news agency wire. I wonder if anyone
knows any more about Ms Mun???

Also, I recently started learning Korean and would welcome any info on
websites for Korean language/linguistics.

Kim Jong Il receives Mun Myong Ja

    Pyongyang, July 1 (KCNA) - General Secretary Kim Jong Il received
U.S-resident Korean woman journalist Mun Myong Ja staying in the homeland on
June 30. Present there were Kim Yong Sun, secretary of the central committee
of the Workers' Party of Korea.
    He gladly met her, a prominent woman journalist, and conversed with her
in a warm atmosphere.
    She expressed the most sincere thanks to him for meeting her and
according hospitality to her although he was very busy with his on-the-spot
guidance.
    He arranged a luncheon for her and posed for a souvenir photograph with
her.
