The supermarket to shop for answers for such questions is the _RLG 
Bibliographic File (Eureka on the Web)_ which contains records of 
"more than 22 million books, periodicals, recordings, scores, 
archival collections, and other kinds of material held in major 
research institutions." Most universities are subscribers of RLG 
(http://www.rlg.org/).
As for holdings in Korea (South) you can always try the National 
Digital Library gateway at: http://www.dlibrary.go.kr/english/  and 
the Korean Union Catalog at: 
http://www.kric.ac.kr/UNIONhtm/union_index.htm .
