[KS] DPRK K-12 Curriculum

Can anyone guide me to a site, or document, that would show the ministry of 
educations guidelines for the k-12 curriculum?  Specifically, I am comparing 
the number of hours/year over the course of elementary, middle school and 
high school that is devoted to the study of the native language for North and 
South Korea and Japan.  I have the information for Japan and South Korea as 
of 1999.
