Korean Humanities at GW, Saturday, 26 October, 2002, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  
As usual, there is no charge for attending the colloquium, but the space is

This year, the Smithsonian Institutions’ Freer Gallery of Art in Washington, 
DC, joins hands with GW’s HMS Colloquium to present a series of five modern 
Korean films at Freer’s Meyer Auditorium.  For the schedule for screening,

Those who register for the GW Colloquium on October 26 are also invited to a 
reception on Friday, October 25, 2002, at 6:00 p.m. just before the screening 
of the movie "Kazoku Cinema".  The reception with the honored guest and the 
director of the film, Park Chul Soo, is hosted by Dr. Yang Sung Cheol, 
Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the United States, and Dr. Julian Raby, 
Director of the Freer Gallery of Art and Arthur M. Sackler Gallery.
