Dear list members,

I have noticed that there are "heritage students" at the IUC in Taiwan and Tokyo, but their first language is usually English.  What does "heritage" mean anyway?  That one is of Korean ethnicity?  Or that one grew up hearing the Korean language?  Peter Schroepfer is probably more "heritage" than I am!
