[KS] study in korea

Both are good, and both is good.  It is helpful at some point to have some
serious graduate training in the US if one is interested in teaching in the
US.  An M.A. in Korea, then a Ph.D. in the US, or vice versa...  There are
fine examples of both--   and other permutations as well.
