The December 4, 2002, Korea Herald carried a table comparing the SOFAs the
U.S. maintains with South Korea, Japan and Germany, which could be a good
starting point, although I can't vouch for its complete accuracy.
If you want access to it on the Herald's website
(http://www.koreaherald.co.kr/), you will have to pay.

Subject: [KS] Re: SOFA

Dear All: Does anyone know of a good source describing and comparing the
U.S.-Korean status of forces agreement to other U.S. SOFA agreements? Or
personally know of the major differences between the South Korean SOFA and
other SOFAs?

I am currently researching for an article about South Korean protests
against the SOFA in relation to the two girls who died recently. Any help
would be much appreciated.
