Dear Colleagues (with apologies for cross-listing),

The first April Asian Forum to be held this month at ICU, sponsored by the 
Institute of Asian Cultural Studies, will be held Monday, April 19.  The 
first speaker this month is Dr. Gavan McCormack, Visiting Professor of 
Political Science at International Christian University.  His presentation 
is entitled "Difficult Neighbors: Japan and North Korea."  All are welcome
