Dear Colleagues,

The November meeting of the Chousenshi Kenkyuukai will be held Saturday,
December 18, at the Hongo campus of Tokyo University. This month's
speakers, who will present in Japanese, are below.


Research Presentation:
Mark E. Caprio. "Silent 'Manse Cacophony': The June 10 (1926) Incident and
the Korean Independence Movement"

Book Review:
Kaneko Fumio. "Nihon shihonshugi to Chousen - Taiwan: Teikokushugi-ka no
keizai hendou," edited by Nakamura Tetsu and Hori Kazuo (Kyouto daigaku
shuppankai, 2004).


The meeting will start at 1:30 pm, and be held in the "Sougou kenkyuu tou"
building, Room 738. The Hongo campus of Tokyo University is near Hongo
