Fulbright in Seoul (the Korean American Educational Commission) is
pleased to invite you to attend the Fulbright Forum for November, which
will be held next Friday, November 19, 2004, at 6:30 p.m. at the

The speaker this month is Thomas P. Kim, Fulbright grantee to Korea and
Assistant Professor of Politics and International Relations at Scripps
College. His talk, "The Causes and Consequences of Republican Dominance
in the 2004 U.S. Elections," will focus on the Republican strategy of
building and mobilizing their conservative base, and this election's
implications for long-term Republican dominance in the U.S.

We welcome to the November Fulbright Forum all Fulbrighters, senior
scholars, graduate students and ETAs, as well as Board Members,
Fulbright alumni, Peace Corps alumni, Korean studies scholars, foreign

The presentation will be followed by a buffet reception. We hope many
