[KS] Enforced Romanization

One would hope that Representative Kim, Choong-whan and his collaborators,
would attend the upcoming conference on "Asian naming", to be held in
Singapore this year. The romanization dilemma is certainly not an
exclusively Korean problem and exposure to the greater enigma would no doubt
be helpful.
