[KS] Korean Constitutions

Dear list,

if I am not mistaken, there was a query on English language versions of 
Korean constitutions. I think we were fine for the 4th Republic onwards, 
but there were difficulties with the earlier three. I just found one for 
the First Republic. If there is still interest, please contact me (details
