Dear Korean scholars,

 

Have you ever wished to find your research materials to be available online?
If you had, AAS panel #67 (4/1, Friday 1-3p.m.) would be the right one for
you during upcoming AAS Conference in Chicago this week.  I invite you to
come to the roundtable session to learn more about electronic resources in
Korean studies from expert librarians in the field.

Dear colleagues,

 

On behalf of the Committee on Korean Materials of the Council of East Asian
Libraries, I am pleased to announce a roundtable session on Korean
electronic resources at the upcoming AAS Conference in Chicago.   Korean
studies librarians at major North American academic libraries  will
demonstrate most important Korean electronic resources, both free and
commercial,  which will be followed by Q&A and discussion.   For more

Time:       1:00 - 3:00 p.m.

Place:      Grand Ballroom A - Gold Level/East Tower

 

In order for us to better prepare for the roundtable, we are soliciting your
input.  We would like to hear about your experiences or concerns with using
Korean electronic resources.  Please forward your comments or questions
before the conference, so we could effectively address them at the
roundtable.   We hope to hear from you, and better yet, see you there!
