Dear colleagues,
the autonomous Korean Yanbian region in Manchuria in Northeast China has always been a bridge between China and Korea, but more and more also becomes a bridge between North and South Korea. The strengthening of this relation is the goal of the seminars of the Seoul-based Institute of Peace Affairs and the Institute fo Northeast Asia of Yanbian university, sponsored by Hanns Seidel Foundation. The seminar takes place September 23rd, 2005, from 10 a.m. in the Yanji hotel in Yanji.
